Quality sleep is needed body. Based on research, cleanliness and comfort of the bed affects the quality of one’s sleep.
Here are tips for getting quality sleep:
- In general there are three basic environment to sleep soundly. First, make sure the room made the room dark as possible. Then the room should be quiet. Third, room temperature should be cool or cold. The temperature should be around 27 degrees Celsius or below.
- Before going to sleep, free the mind from the burden of work piling or any other thoughts you are worried about. Thinking about these problems in bed will only make you awake all night.
- Sleeping rough are often the result of low levels of serotonin. Serotonin may be increased by eating foods that trigger the formation of serotonin. Turkey, dairy products, and bananas are examples of foods that contain serotonin. However, avoid eating protein during the night because it can make awake.
- Eat a light carbohydrate meal on one or two hours before bedtime, such as biscuits or cake. It aims to get tryptophan, which flowed into the brain through the foods you eat throughout the day.
