1. Choose foods that are fresh. If you buy frozen foods or canned food, then note the label on that food, whether there are additional salt in it.

2. Choose nuts or seeds that contain no salt, including peas and beans.

3. From now if you want to change into a healthier lifestyle while losing weight, then avoid snacks that contain lots of salt. Call it potato or cassava chips which not only contains a lot of salt, but also dyes, preservatives, and MSG.

4. Choose broth without fat and salt free, this also applies to the soup as well.

5. If cooking, as much as possible just add a little salt on food. We recommend that you choose fresh vegetables rather than canned vegetables.

6. For yogurt enthusiasts, start now you should be careful in choosing yogurt outlets or yogurt products. Make sure you eat low-fat yogurt. Also select non-fat milk or low fat, as well as select low-fat cheese.
