Functions of Water in the Body:

  4. Water as a regulatory body temperature. Because water has the ability to distribute the heat so that plays an important role in redistributing heat within the body. Most of the heat generated from the metabolism of energy needed to maintain body temperature around 37° Celsius.
  5. Water as a silencer conflict. There on the surface of certain body organs that are soft to avoid and reduce conflicts that can cause damage. Including the water in the eyeballs, spinal cord tissue, and amniotic fluid to avoid conflicts in the fetus.
